Dayton History has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Fleurs de Fête, originally scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 17. We are taking this action to limit public interaction and the spread of COVID-19 in our community. We are thankful for everyone who has supported this event over the past 28 years, including the locally owned and operated restaurants that have partnered with us and our generous sponsors and supporters. We are looking forward to resuming the original “Party in the Park” in 2021 and hope to see you there.
Dayton History is proud to welcome the original “Party in the Park” back to its first home – Carillon Historical Park. Guests can enjoy a sampling of the more than 400 different wines that will be poured that day. Local restaurants will be serving their signature gourmet dishes to compliment the drinks of the day.
With a Belgian Beer Garden and live music throughout the afternoon, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Toward the end of the day, great wines, baskets, and one-of-a-kind experiences will be up for bidding in the silent auction. We hope everyone will join us for this special event to celebrate wine and support Dayton History.
Proceeds from this year’s Fleurs de Fête will benefit A Special Wish Foundation, Rebuilding Together Dayton, and Dayton History.
